Materials – steel frame structure, partial heavy gauge framing with
EIFS system and stone veneer
Coordination of subcontractors for completed shell building and site work
ready for tenant build out while maintaining schedule, budget and quality.
75,000 sq. ft structure for future tenant build out. Completed lobby and
restroom area for each floor and installed all MEP for tenants use.
