As an accomplished senior level professional, Cyndi has utilizes her skills to oversee commercial construction, build-outs, and general remodeling. Her expertise includes, contract negotiations, proposal evaluation, budget estimating, scheduling, and cost analysis reports, as well as constant coordination and communication between subcontractors, owners, and architects. She has managed a variety of projects including medical offices, law offices, museums, oil and gas, non-profit, and country clubs. Cyndi is OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certified.
