Restaurant shell and site work, no interior construction
Renovated existing building - Relocated existing tanning salon, demolished
half of the structure, built new structure for restaurant.
We completed the site work and shell building consisting of steel structure,
heavy gauge framing with EIFS and stone façade.
Special Challenges – Demolition of existing lease space, relocation
of Darque Tan, cut building in half and built new exterior wall while keeping
Darque Tan open and dry. The demolition of existing structure and tying of
Cito’s in Darque Tan.
