With more than 41 years in the construction industry, Gary has broad experience in managing and planning construction companies, collective bargaining agreements, concrete construction, and real estate. As a manager he understands the lender requirements when working with developers. He has created and implemented contracting principals and practices that have been utilized by some of the largest real estate developers in the country. He has expertise working on virtually every type of project, is OSHA 30 certified, and has held an unencumbered general contractor license in 13 different states stretching coast to coast.
