Jerry Ling
Safety Director
As Safety Director, Jerry has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing policies and management systems in fire protection, loss prevention, and crisis management. He has conducted tests, evaluations and verifications to ensure full compliance with OSHA’s standards and codes. He has consulted with site and contract personnel on best practices for new and tenant build out construction, oil and gas facilities, and large scale medical towers. Jerry’s responsibilities involve the overall creation and execution of Anslow Bryant’s environmental, safety, health, and fleet programs, as well as being responsible for our partnership with OSHA. He conducts safety related training for all employees and subcontractors, develops preventive measures from recurrences, performs project safety audits to identify trends of unsafe acts and conditions, and identifies industrial clinics for the treatment of injured workers. In addition he manages the light duty/return to work program, and also maintains all safety related records, reports, and files.
