Chief Estimator
Throughout his 28 years in the construction industry, Mark has gained extensive experience working as Chief Estimator, Project Manager and Construction Manager. He specializes in strategic planning of operations and estimating. Mark is heavily involved in the pre-construction process of project management including design/build jobs. He provides cost, constructability and scheduling for the designated team. Mark is also primarily responsible for the selection of the subcontractor team on each project. In addition, Mark analyzes architectural plans, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, and services, while applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and processes.
