Our approach to safety is founded on the actions of our personnel. During the development and implementation of our program, Jim Anslow and James Bryant communicate a clear directive and expectation for Anslow Bryant is committed to safety from the top down. Jim Anslow and James Bryant have eagerly demonstrated their involvement by attending the same safety training that they have mandated the management team to attend. They demonstrate their support by attending monthly safety meetings with the field operations management team, as well as engage in the enforcement of our safety program on each project. There is zero tolerance on any project for any reason.
