Communication and Training
The policies and procedures contained in our safety manual are comprehensive and have been proven when followed. To ensure they are fully understood and followed, all of our personnel are required to attend specific levels of safety training as a condition of employment. We feel it is a moral obligation of an employer to provide its employees with a safe work environment as well as the knowledge and resources to ensure they can adequately protect themselves. In order to ensure that the policies and procedures contained in the safety manual are communicated and understood, the following levels of safety training are given:
Partners- Senior Management
- Project Managers
- Superintendents
- Foreman
