Murphy Tower was one of the largest office deals of 2013 and was completed in just 54 weeks. The project consisted of a new 14-story 320,000 SF Class-A office tower constructed of cast-in-place concrete, a new 5-level 370,000 SF precasts parking garage, a single-story executive parking garage, a new 3,500 SF retail core & shell space, and an enclosed pedestrian bridge connecting the garage and building.

Although the schedule was a major challenge of this project, it is also a unique and distinguishing feature of the project.  Because of the LEAN construction practices used by Anslow-Bryant and MetroNational’s commitment to responsiveness, the project progressed from groundbreaking to occupancy in 54 weeks.
