New 137,108 SF undergraduate residential dormitory consisting of a 5-story and 12-story building. Includes residential advisor suites, commons, private dining room, quadrangle, and magistrate’s house.
The structure is cast-in-place concrete on drilled piers and spread footings. The facade is a combination of curtain walls, brick, and punched windows. The Interior consists of architectural concrete, polished concrete floors, and exposed ceilings.
Key architectural features include the sawtooth brick arcade openings and monumental stair at the entrance and interior decorative commons stair in the 2-story commons area.
