This high-tech medical facility is comprised of 3,100 SF of the clinic and a 2,500 SF surgery suite classified as an Ambulatory Health Care Facility. A tight budget and schedule required our team to provide value engineering such as reducing square footage on the second floor to contain mechanical/electrical rooms only, with structural provisions for future expansion of the floor. With high-end finish materials coming from Egypt and Italy, planning for long lead times was crucial in the schedule. To compensate for this challenge, we sourced the materials from multiple vendors and substituted alternate tile sizes when necessary without compromising quality or aesthetics.
